Terms of service
1. GENERAL TERMS

All commissions are taken as artistic liberty and experimental.Commissions are to be discussed via the commissioner's preferred contact method.
By initiating contact the commissioner is agreeing that they have read and understood my Terms of Service.Please be clear and courteous. Voice concerns or potential changes early on so I may fix them easily and work with you more effectively.
Any rude behavior will result in the order being refunded and scrapped, as well as the commissioner being placed on my blacklist.Please indicate if there is a due date for the commission.
If taken, a rush fee of $20 USD will be added. Only single-character full-bodies and headshots may be rushed.2. PAYMENT

All commissions must be paid upfront.
I will not put the commission in my work queue until payment is received.Payments will be made in USD through PayPal only.3. REFERENCES

Provide character references.
If the commissioner does not have any sort of image reference, then I cannot accept the commission at this time. In the future, I will have specific slots available for character creation commissions, but these will be very limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.The references provided must be accurate.
I'm fairly fluid in what I consider a reference sheet, if you're not sure don't hesitate to ask beforehand. The commissioner may provide multiple pieces from various artists but it must be stated which is the most accurate representation of the character.4. PROCESS

Multiple Work in progress (WiP) updates will only be given through Trello.I will provide one (1) WiP before moving on to the final details. This will be the last chance the commissioner will have to correct anatomy or color.
Any changes requested after this stage may be rejected or subject to a fee of up to half the commission cost.Please allow 1-2 weeks for the commission to be completed.
I am normally much faster than this, however, I will be transparent about where the commission lies in my queue and will provide a general timeframe. The commissioner will be alerted if I am running behind or if something has come up IRL that will prevent me from working.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. I am allowed to:
-Promote myself with the piece in any place/site.
-Use the piece in a published book/portfolio.
-Display the piece anywhere to my liking.
-Post the piece wherever I want.
If the commissioner would like to make the commission private, a $20 fee will be added.The commissioner is allowed to:
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art
-Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The commissioner MAY NOT:
-Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially unless agreed otherwise.
-Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Remove any watermarks/signatures.
-Alter the artwork without my consent.
-Create an NFT of the art I produce.
If there is copyright infringement in any way, every right to the drawing will be retracted.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork may be purchased at 300% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking or promote your own brand.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
I do not allow any NFTs to be created of my work. No exceptions.Adopts Copyright- Those who purchase adopts from me may resell the character, however, they may not sell it for more than they paid. Credit to the design must be posted when the character is used, please link to my socials.5.1 REPOSTING

Twitter: Commissioners are free to retweet a commission piece from their Twitter or post the art with a mention to my Twitter account. They may use their commission as an icon or header image as long as my Twitter account is mentioned for credit.Other Socials: Commissioners may share their commissions with credit.6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.The commissioner may not cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received without discussion first.
If a chargeback is filed, the commissioners' right to everything made for them will be retracted. Any unfinished work will be auctioned off as a YCH to new buyers.
A chargeback will result in being blacklisted, as well as an Artist Beware post being filed.=============================Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
